Stamford Old Town Hall

Westchester County Courthouse

Robert Cacace Justic Center, Yonkers

County Jail

The Old Town Hall is a 1905 Beaux Arts style building. Built as a reinforced concrete structure, the building served a double purpose: as a Town Hall and as a fireproof repository for all of the Town's documents after a fire destroyed the previous Town hall.

Vacant for the last 20 years, the City, working with a community developer, is restoring the exterior, and interior, while adding a small addition to accommodate modernized elements including an elevator and new fire stair. This addition also provides room for mechanical risers allowing minimal changes to the interior's grand 3-story stair hall. The renovated building will have a complete sprinkler system along with other modern infructure upgrades such as ari conditioning. Spaces will be leased to office tenants and at the street level to retail establishments. The grand rooms at the front of the building have been restored as a historical museum with room for community meeting space.
